Tack Cloth While Refinishing My Hardwood Floors, Is It Proper Technique To Use A Tack Cloth After 1st Coat Of Poly?

While refinishing my hardwood floors, is it proper technique to use a tack cloth after 1st coat of poly? - tack cloth

I applied for the 1 Dry layer of polyurethane and let the sand now. After removing the dust w / vacuum, I use a clean cloth, turn and remove dust and dirt? Since the tack cloth seems to be a liquid oil base of a species to be soaked, I wonder if the chemicals have adverse effects in the tissue, when combined with the final coat of polyurethane.

If you use oil-based urethane is thinner base RAG suffice. If water with a damp cloth is fine.
